Welcome to Haus of Lumière Haus of Lumière is an intimate, private salon suite located inside Sola Salons and founded by Nargees Raza. Designed to feel calm, refined, and welcoming, the space was created to offer a more personal salon experience where every guest receives dedicated attention. The studio specializes in lived-in color and dimensional blonding, with each service thoughtfully tailored to enhance natural beauty while protecting the long-term health of your hair. ⸻ Guest Policies To keep the salon running smoothly and ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve, we ask that the following guidelines be respected. Arrival Time Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. A brief 15-minute courtesy window is provided. If arrival is later than this window, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened depending on the time available. This helps ensure that the next guest’s appointment begins as scheduled. Guests with repeated late arrivals may be asked to secure future bookings with full payment in advance. ⸻ Appointment Changes We kindly request that any schedule changes be made at least three days before your appointment. Appointments adjusted with less than 72 hours notice may require a deposit before booking future services. Guests who miss their appointment without communication may lose the ability to reserve future appointments. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so the reserved time can be offered to another guest. ⸻ Service Results & Adjustments All completed services are non-refundable. If you feel something needs attention after your visit, please contact the salon within seven days. We are happy to review the concern and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate. Adjustments can only be considered if the hair has not been chemically treated, cut, or altered by another stylist after the appointment. Our goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and satisfied with your experience. ⸻ Personal Items While we strive to provide a comfortable environment, the salon cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings such as clothing, handbags, jewelry, or electronics. For color services, we recommend wearing clothing that you are comfortable wearing in a salon environment and removing valuable items beforehand. ⸻ Service Discretion To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the salon reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary. This may include situations such as: • Hair that is too fragile or compromised for chemical services • Requests that may damage the hair or produce unrealistic results • Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct • Disregard for established salon policies Our priority is protecting both the integrity of the hair and the welcoming atmosphere of the studio. ✨
